The Ideal Bartender School will collect all application submissions by the 12PM EST deadline on Friday January 19, 2018. Applications will not be accepted after this time. The screening process begins with the review of applications sent in response to the program posting. This review is undertaken to ensure that applicants have all of the qualifications specified in the program posting.

It is important to remember that applicant qualifications, rather than the submitted application format will be the focus of the application review. If document format raises questions about computer expertise or attention to detail, The Ideal Bartender staff will explore those questions during the interview or reference check process.

The Ideal Bartender School will contact qualified applicants to be interviewed in the order by which their applications were submitted. Contact will be made by telephone or email to schedule a personal interview with the school’s administrators. If administrators are not successful in reaching applicants by phone, the applicants will be notified by email, and allowed a minimum of seven (7) calendar days to respond to the invitation to interview. Invitations to interviews will include the date by which the applicants must respond to the invitation. It will also state that failure to respond by the deadline date will result in removal of the applicant’s name from the list of qualified applicants.

Applicants who are not selected for interviews will be informed by phone or email of their status by February 12, 2018.

Interviews will begin the week of Monday, January 29.
